International students

The Department of Scandinavian Studies and Linguistics is home to 1600-1700 students and thus the largest derpartment at the Faculty of Humanities.

The department each year welcomes 30-80 guest students who attend Danish courses and electives taught in English. Most guest students come from Europe and the Nordic countries and study Nordic Philology with Danish as their major subject. A minority of the students comes from other parts of the world.
