IT and Cognition

IT and Cognition is an interdisciplinary MA programme, which comprises three academic disciplines: psychology, computer science and language technology. The study programme is a combination of cognitive, technical and ancillary courses and is designed to provide candidates with competencies that are useful in both research and business careers.

With its mix of ancillary and more theoretical courses, the programme is suited for students who wish to work with development processes and the interface between man and machine.

Candidates with a degree in IT and Cognition will ideally work with innovative technology in IT businesses where a knowledge of user response as well as the users' communicative and interactive skills is crucial.
