I am currently Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Copenhagen, within the context of the ‘Book of Books Project’, focused on manuscript Copenhagen, Arnamagnæan Institute, AM 377 fol., recently recognized as the clean copy of the Libro de los Epítomes, one of the repertoires of Hernando Colón’s library. In particular, I have been working on the identification of the c. 2000 texts epitomised in the Libroas well as on the study of its material features and of the dynamics of its production within Colón’s library.

I received my BA and MA from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Milan, Italy) with final theses in Medieval and Humanistic Philology, specialising on the transmission of Latin and Italian vernacular texts in manuscript form with a specific focus on the late-14th and the 15th centuries. My PhD thesis (University of Oxford, 2019) examined the printed transmission and circulation of Aesopian texts in Italy up to 1501, and was part of the ERC-funded ‘15cBOOKTRADE Project’.
